Associate - International Liaison Representative

Anita holds the Bachelor of Laws degree from Surabaya University, where she studied Business Law and graduated first in her class as Exemplary Graduate and Best Graduate with Summa Cum Laude predicate. During her practice in MS&A, she acquired her Master of Law degree as a Cum Laude and Best Graduate from the University of Airlangga, to strengthen her focus in business law. For her concentration in corporate law, she has acquired accreditations in taxation law (A & B classification), legal auditing as a Certified Legal Auditor (C.L.A.), and construction law expert as a Certified Construction Contract Specialist (C.C.C.S.).

As a corporate lawyer, Anita has a strong suit in multi-disciplinary approach of Company Laws, such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Commercial Contract and Transaction deals, Construction Law, Property Law and Intellectual Property Laws. She has been involved in numerous Legal Due Diligence projects for both domestic and multinational corporations. While as a member of Sajogo Marks team, she has amassed extensive experience in providing advices on matters relating to domestic and international IP registration, maintenance and dispute resolution. Her attention in international law, lands her the role as the firm’s International Liaison Representative, where she works closely with global colleagues from international law firms and institutions as well as foreign clients as part of the firm’s response to the increasing demand of cross-border legal solution.

Anita is a licensed Advocate and holds a bar license from Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), a Certified Legal Auditor (C.L.A.) recognized by the Indonesian Legal Auditor’s Association (ASAHI), and a Certified Construction Contract Specialist (C.C.C.S.) recognized by Indonesian Contract Drafter & Legal Expert (PAHKI). She is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
