For the focus in ADR, MS&A has been known to promote settlement of disputes through mediation and arbitration rather than settlement through ordinary court proceedings. In line with the founder’s legacy to promote win-win solution as a result in a dispute settlement. The firm’s cases now primarily involve a broad range of international and domestic dispute settlement. In 2015, MS&A entered into a strategic alliance with another law firm in Indonesia, Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (“LGS”), a prominent and reputable full-service law firm in Indonesia, recognized in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and capital market law. With regards to Capital Market matters, MS&A and LGS provide integrated legal services to advice, prepare and planning of client’s public expose in the stock exchange. The strategic alliance grows not only in the friendship between the partners of the two firms but also in the spirit of extending the reach of services while catering the need of legal services for clients of the two firms.

Being one of the most senior law firms in Indonesia, MS&A has been featured in many survey organizations such as Asialaw Profiles (2015-2020), Leaders in law and Global Law Expert.
