Cynthia has been involved in many corporate works and actively participated in numerous business deals and transactions involving major corporate clients represented by the firm. With a focused group of teams, Cynthia now spearheads MS&A’s strategic positioning plan in the world of IoT (Internet of Things) as the Digital Community Liaison, representing the firm in its online outreach campaign to promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and encourage critical legal thinking to the ever-growing digital community.
Cynthia is an exemplary law graduate with a Cum Laude predicate from the University of Surabaya, where she served as vice president of the university’s most esteemed organization, the Student Executive Board. Due to her stellar academic record and her interest in the courses of action in business, she became an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Surabaya, to be involved in the faculty’s in-depth study on economic crime. This experience then led her to continue her post graduate study at the University of Airlangga, where she earned her master’s degree as the second top graduate with a Cum Laude in Business Law.

To complement her services in business and corporate law, she focuses in contract drafting where she is a Certified Contrat Drafter (C.C.D) and intensifies her IP exposure by gaining access to SMIP’s Intellectual Property Rights database where she is exposed to the management of benchmark IP dispute resolution cases that are being handled by the firm. She is also involved in mitigating IP infringements for SMIP clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Cynthia is a certified Legal Consultant and a Certified Contract Drafter (C.C.D.) recognized by Contract Drafter Association (APK). She speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
