Gaby focuses her legal career in the specialized field of Intellectual Property (IP) where she has dedicated hours on research on trade mark related matters, either in non-traditional, domestic, or international marks. Her immense research and specialization in IP led to her appointment as part of the IP team in Sajogo Marks, serving clients with searches and advises on trademarks, copyright, industrial design, patents, including drafting and preparation of industrial design and patent documents. She has been involved in major corporate restructuring actions, handling acquisitions and restructuring of IP holding companies, including joint ventures and other corporate action made by publicly listed companies relating to IP ownership.
Gaby is a law graduate from the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, majoring in Business Law. She graduated with Cum Laude and was awarded as the university’s outstanding graduate due to her active role and accomplishments in several national law competitions. Her winning attitude in law competitions gave her the foundation to achieve deeper understanding on corporate law and disputes.

As for other corporate matters, her practice at MS&A gives her access to many of the firm’s general corporate matters where she handles variety of cases from mergers & acquisitions, company restructuring, to international joint venture projects, where she is part of the legal drafting team due to her qualification as a certified legal drafter. She enhanced her corporate skills by obtaining certification in contract drafting and taxation for A & B classification.
Gaby is a certified Legal Consultant and a Certified Contract Drafter (C.C.D.) recognized by the Contract Drafter Association (APK). She speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
