Rafi is a law graduate from University of Jember, where he graduated as Best Graduate with Cum Laude predicate. During his undergraduate years, Rafi sharpened his legal knowledge by joining the Legal Aid Bureau. He acquired his law degree by conducting thorough research on state financial crimes committed by Sovereign Wealth Fund. He further expands his knowledge by his post-graduate study as Master of Law (M.H.) at Airlangga University focusing on Business Law.
