Due to her concentration in business and corporate law, Ratih joined MS&A in 2011 to focus her practice in corporate and commercial matters. She has considerable experience in the industry sectors where she has provided professional and competent advises to the firm’s clients, for example in trade and supply transactions, corporate restructuring deals, including Indonesian investment start up, corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate industrial relations, and most importantly in Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution.
Ratih graduated as a Bachelor of Laws from Airlangga University in 2007. She then continued her post graduate study in the University of Sydney Law School, Australia where she obtained her graduate diploma in Corporate, Securities & Finance Law in 2010.

Her field study in Australia is an essential addition to the firm in delivering services to clients having Australian related issues, either for Australian clients in need of legal services in Indonesia or Indonesian based clients having legal claims in Australia. She works closely with foreign solicitors and barristers in Australia and New Zealand whom are supporting colleagues of the firm in managing dispute settlements ‘down under’. Her expertise in cross-border dispute settlements have also aided the firm in dealing with arbitration and dispute settlement cases in Singapore where she works alongside the firm’s partners in Singapore. In addition to her litigation skills, Ratih is also recognized as an Intellectual Property (IP) litigator where she handles infringements and cancellation disputes in all IP courts in Indonesia. Having major manufacturing company clients, in 2016 until 2019, together with other IP team members of the firm, she co-handled the majority number of Industrial Design cases on record in Indonesia.
Ratih is a licensed advocate and was admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) since 2015 and recognized as a Certified Industrial Relations Practitioner (C.I.R.P.) by the Indonesian Professional Industrial Relations & Practitioners Association (P3HII). She speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
