‘Pak Winarko’ is a senior legal practitioner, a law graduate from the University of Airlangga who started his career in 1979 as an attorney & counselor at law in MS&A. He was recruited and mentored directly by Markus Sajogo to practice the tricks and traits of a litigator during the first 19 years of his legal career, where he specializes in civil law cases. During his time as a lawyer, he was known for his detailed and meticulous views on any legal documents that were brought to his attention. Upon completing his notary specialization studies from the respected University of Airlangga while bearing his expertise in civil law, in 1998, Pak Winarko pursued a new path of legal practice as a Notary Public and Land Deed Official where he served his first jurisdiction in Batu, Malang Regency, preceding his stellar and respected reputation as a Notary Public and Land Deed Official in Surabaya.
